Privacy Policy

• When you contact me or place an order, you share details such as your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email, and the information needed for your work (for example business name, text and photos for a poster).
• I use this information only to talk to you, make your work (drafts and final files), take payment and give support.
• I keep your work files and the information you share for your work for 7 days after your work is finished. After that, I permanently delete them. I do not delete your WhatsApp chats and emails; they stay on those platforms.
• I do not sell your information.
• AI tools: I use AI tools to prepare your work. I enter only the text of your work into them. I do not put your photos into AI tools. AI tools are run by other companies. How they store and delete the text they receive is governed by their own privacy policies. I cannot control this, and those companies may keep or use the text they receive according to their own policies. From my side, I delete your work files and the chat history in the AI tools I use, 7 days after your work is finished.
• Please keep sensitive details out of your requirement. Do not share passwords, OTPs, Aadhaar, PAN or other ID numbers, bank or card details, or other highly private information. If your work needs private information, ask me on WhatsApp before you send it.
• We communicate through platforms such as WhatsApp and email, which process data under their own privacy policies. Apart from the AI tools and these platforms, I do not share your information with anyone, and I do not use it for any purpose other than your work. Your information is handled with care.
• Payments are made through UPI. I never ask for your UPI PIN, card details or bank password. Please do not share them with anyone.
• Client details are hidden in the client work shown on this website. I post client work on my social media only after the client says “yes” on WhatsApp.
• This website has no sign-up or contact form and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only form is the review form on the Reviews page.
• If you send a review, I receive your name, the service you used, your rating and your review text. They are saved in a private Google Sheet and used only to check and show your review. Once I approve it, only your first name, service, rating and review text appear on the Reviews page and the home page. The review form and the list of reviews use Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, which process data under Google's own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram links open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
