An individual service is one service ordered on its own. A package is 2 or more different services from the same group (Starter, Growth or Pro) ordered together in one order, at 10% less. Both get the same free preview, the same 50% + 50% payment and the same free minor revision for each service.

I design websites and app screens (UI/UX). See the Services page for the price range and what you get. A working app (app development) and a 24×7 AI agent are coming soon. They are not available at the moment.

No. Preview drafts and watermarked drafts are for review only. You may use the work after the final delivery.

Before you pay, you get 1 to 2 drafts with dummy information and a watermark. This is on every order, for every service.

The work starts. Within 48 hours of your 50% advance and all your details, you get 1 to 2 free work drafts with your information and a watermark.

50% before work starts, and the remaining 50% after you have seen the work draft and before the watermark is removed and the final work is delivered. Prices are listed as ranges in rupees on the Services page. The final price is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

By UPI, using any UPI app. Please confirm the amount on WhatsApp before you pay.

After you pay the remaining 50%, the watermark is removed and the final work is delivered within 24 hours.

Yes. After payment and final delivery, you get an invoice as a PDF on WhatsApp or email, whichever you choose.

JPG or PNG for images and posters, MP4 for video, MP3 for audio, a text or Word file for email drafts, content creation and prompts, a .md file for the Markdown service, a PDF or text file for AI problem solving and AI business solving, website files (HTML and CSS) for website design, image or PDF files for app design and game design, and a text or Word file for guardrails & safety setup. The Services page shows the format for each service. The work is delivered according to your requirement.

1 free minor revision for each service, within 3 days of delivery. In a package, each service has its own free minor revision.

One revision is all the changes you send in a single message. It covers small changes to the delivered work, such as text, spelling, colour and layout. A completely new idea, topic or design is not a revision; it counts as a new order.

After the free revision, or after 3 days, each extra revision is charged. The price is a range that depends on the service, for example ₹49 – ₹99 for an AI image, AI poster or AI email draft, and ₹149 – ₹299 for an AI video. The full list is on the Revision Policy page, and the same range is shown on each service on the Services page. The final revision price is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

The project starts when you pay the 50% advance, after seeing the 1 to 2 free preview drafts. The work starts when I have received your advance and all the details I need and begin your work draft. It is finished when the work is complete and 100% payment has been received.

Yes, in these cases. Before the work starts, you receive a full refund of the amount paid. Once the work has started, the 50% advance is not refunded. If you cancel after the work is completed and before delivery, the remaining 50% you paid is refunded, which is 50% of the amount you actually paid. After delivery, no refund is available.

Before the work is delivered, send me “refund” on WhatsApp and I will share a refund agreement with you. Once I receive the signed agreement, the refund is processed within 7 days.

By signing, you confirm that you will immediately remove the delivered work from social media and stop using it, and that your right to use it ends with the refund. It is a private agreement prepared by me, not a government document.
