How the refund is calculated: You pay 50% to start and the remaining 50% before the final work is delivered (see the Payment Policy). The 50% advance is not refunded once the work has started. If you have paid the full price and cancel after completion but before delivery, the remaining 50% is refunded, which is half of the full price.
Example for a service confirmed at ₹500: you pay a ₹250 advance to start. If you cancel before the work starts, you get the full ₹250 back. Once the work has started, the ₹250 advance is not refunded. If you have paid the remaining ₹250 (₹500 in total) and the work is completed, you get ₹250 back (the remaining payment) if you cancel before delivery. After delivery, there is no refund.
How to request a refund
- Before the work is delivered, message me on WhatsApp with the word “refund”.
- I will send you a refund agreement.
- By signing the agreement, you confirm that you will promptly remove the delivered work from social media and cease all use of it, and that your right to use the work ends upon refund.
- Once I receive the signed agreement, the refund is processed within 7 days.
